McKenzie, M.D. you can tell yourself to give you the answer to your health and life decision problems in your dreams. Concentrate on only one question before you go to sleep. Tell yourself that you will be able to interpret the dream and know the answer to your question when you wake. Only the first answer is the right answer. Place a pad and pencil next to your bed in case you wake with the answer. To augment the process take 50 – 100 mg. of vitamin B6 -but if you do this for more than a few days augment this with the other B vitamins.
