Home Made toxic metal Chelation Recipe:  use as part of a detox program

This recipe was sent to me by a knowledgeable friend.  I make no representation as to how well it works, but it seems harmless enough to give it a try...

Recipe for mercury chelation...works for other metals too (ie, lead, aluminum)

1 clove garlic
1/2 c almonds, cashews or other nuts
1 c packed fresh cilantro leaves
2 tbsps lemon juice
6 tbsps. olive oil

• Put cilantro and olive oil in blender and process until cilantro is chopped.

• Add rest of ingredients and process to a lumpy paste.
  (Keep 3:1 ratio of oil to juice. (freezes well) --

Take a couple of teaspoons a day for 2-3 weeks once or twice per year.
