Our products are all natural. You can actually see the ingredients as we do not use coatings that cover over the nutrients. The natural ingredients come in different colors based on the time of the harvest or in the case of bee pollen, the flowers visited by the bees. The effective ingredients are based on a standardized extract, so you can expect the same potency.

Where can I find ... ?
[If you don't find our products at your local store, speak to the store manager to special order them for you. You may have to mention our telephone number 800-887-8535. We will help locate a wholesale distributor or ship the product to his/her store ourselves. This will save you shipping and handling fees. If you prefer, you may of course mail order the product from us at retail prices.]

Why do I get an upset stomach ?
People often get an upset stomach when they take a supplement with iron. We do not include iron in our supplements. Many people tell us PowerVites is the first multi-vitamin they could take without getting an upset stomach or vitamin "burp". Most supplements should be taken with food. You might want to consider taking PowerSleep with some crackers or your evening meal.

Where should I store my supplements ?
[Most supplements should be stored at room temperature out of direct sun light. Unless otherwise indicated, do not put your supplements in the refrigerator or bathroom cabinet as the moisture content causes the nutrients to lose their effectiveness. Also, do not store next to the stove.]

When is the best time to take vitamins?
[The best time to take vitamins is with a meal. Iron is best taken between meals with a cracker as it interferes with the absorption of other nutrients. Some nutrients such as calcium are best taken at night before you go to bed.]

How long does it take to receive the supplements I order?
[We generally ship orders the next business day. As they are sent U.S. priority mail, most customers receive their shipments within three business days. However, there are times when a fresh batch of vitamins are being manufactured and are not quite ready. This may results in a few extra days wait, but the nice thing is that the vitamins are very fresh. We manufacture in small batches so that there is never a long delay from the time they are manufactured till the time you get to use them.]

What are IUs, compared to milligrams?
Milligrams (mg) refer to a weight and are the equivalent of 1/1000th of a gram. Micrograms (mcg) are the metric equivalent of 1/1000th of a milligram.  IU's are international units and refer to an arbitrary unit of measurement that signifies bioological activity used for fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E.
